I spoke with Brandon about a problem I had with a tire leaking. I had to get the car back to normal that day. He discussed my options based on the outcome of the tire being tested and set me up to come in immediately as time was important. When I arrived he quickly took care of the paperwork and said he would be able to discuss the outcome within an hour. By the time the hour was up Brandon had me out the door, The technician found a screw in the tire and repaired it with a patch. The cost of $35 was reasonable.

Thorough diagnosis of the problems with the vehicle and very clear and complete explanation of each one, including costs. Our service guy, Ivan, even improvised a visual aid with some stuff in the office to help explain how something was supposed to work and what was wrong with it so we could understand what was going on.
